Online competition 

These regulations determine the conditions of the International Dog Day competition on Instagram & Facebook, as organized by 4 Healthy Pets BVBA, registered at the Kruispuntbank der Ondernemingen under the number BE 0550.614.263, established and having its registered office at Spinnerijstraat 101/0023, 8500 Kortrijk, Belgium. 

Maximum 1 entry per person, per platform. To participate on Facebook, the user has to post a funny photo of their dog(s) in the comments. To participate on Instagram, the user has to post a funny picture of their dog(s) on their own Instagram feed including the hashtag #ECDogDay and tagging @edgardcooper. 

This competition runs during the period starting on 20/08/2021 and ends on 26/08/2021 13:00 BST, photos published after this period are late and will no longer be taken into consideration. One winner will receive a personalised illustration of their dog. From Facebook, one winner each from the UK, Netherlands, France, Belgium, Spain and Germany will receive a 30€ Edgard & Cooper voucher. From Instagram, one winner will receive a 30€ Edgard and Cooper voucher. This competition prize cannot be exchanged for money or any other prize. The winner will be contacted by Messenger or Instagram Message. 

4 Healthy Pets BVBA acts as a controller with regard to the processing of the personal data (in particular your name, address, e-mail address and telephone number) that you provide to us regarding your participation in the competition. This means that we will process your personal data in accordance with the applicable privacy legislation, including the General Data Protection Regulation (better known as the "GDPR" or AVR). We will only use your personal data for commercial purposes, you can request access to your personal data at any time and indicate to adjust or delete it in resp. from our files.
